Savoury snack with fresh figs and edible violets

200 g feta cheese

100 g serrano ham

2 fresh figs

edible violets

cocktail sticks

Ingredients and requirements for 12 pieces

 

Preparation

Cut the feta cheese into cubes of 1x1 cm.

Divide a slice of dried ham in four parts.

Cut the fresh figs into 6 segments.

Pile the ingredients: starting with the feta cheese, next the serrano ham and the fresh fig on top.

Fixate the violet with a drop of apple spread

Goes well with a dash of balsamic vinegar.

To be served at room temperature.
