Goat cheese lollipops with Calendula flower petals

150 g fresh goat cheese    
        
10 Calendula flowers    
        
10 lollipop sticks or thick skewers

Ingredients and requirements for 10 pieces:

 

Preparation

Make 10 portions of 15 grams of goat cheese and roll them into balls, between your hands.

Carefully tae off the petals of the Calendula flowers and put them on a plate.

Gently roll the goat cheese lollipops in the flower petals and press them lightly.

Serve the lollipops on a nice dish at room temperature
